I don't think I look that stupid for saying it because despite where you are from Canada still has one of the highest literacy rates in the world (so it isn't an untrue statement) and if by research, you mean go to google and type in Literacy rates, well I didn't do that-I just knew (although I would hardly call that research).

So 1% of the USA is more than 1% of Canada...but hey who really cares. I love living in Canada-everything about it. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else. I was making fun of one of the statements from a Canadian, who said the same thing but put "let me guess American." I responded. Just an FYI try not to base things on what you "know."
