@RAT1969 I wanted to make sure I put them in there a lil compressed to get some good lift.
I am doing an Astro van now, but I think I am just going to scab in some coil springs to help it. Kinda sick of airbags leaking, having to pump them up all the time. Especially if they rub anything just a little, they wear through like nothing, with all the bouncing.
@pacificcloud I had a grand cherokee fabbed to accept air bags on all four corners, tried dot brake line (plastic line) and compression fittings, had the same situation with leaks, once i swapped out ALL the line with 3/8" copper hard line with and flare fittings i had absolutely no issues with staying up over night. p.s. if u "t" the lines you dramaticly increase body roll!! all lines need to be independent! Also a check valve would greatly bennafit you !! for air ride questions, email me...
wouldnt it have been easier to mock up with the van on axle stands under the chassis instead of on ramps as your suspensions is still compressed.?
