I really appreciate these clips Brian. I didn't wrestle or anything in high-school, and it's not a big emphasis where I train bjj, so I have absolutely zero confidence on my feet. I can't find any like, wrestling camps, schools or clinics for adults, so I really appreciate this vids. Keep them coming if you can.
@shamantics same situation, very frustrating. i bought mats and got my friends into wrestling. now we watch these kinds of videos and wrestle accordingly
