I'm just saying that if someone is doing this early on don't recruit them. It's pretty easy to tell if someone is trying to make fun of the community in some way that person should be not let in the moment he starts making fun of you. But there are some good signs that a person will make on their intensions to join and if they are purposly wanting to waiste your time. If you start to look for it you'll see what I mean. But until then good luck. :)
