Wow! It seems that the Tron 2.0 port on Gameboy Advance drew _heavily_ from this design. I can see many parallels of things I thought to be unique in the little Tron game.
@MightyPinto I am sorry that I didn't reply sooner. Stone Oakvalley's Authentic SID Collection has the music from this game in the MP3 format. Just type the name in Google and you will find the website. After that go to the downloads section and use search function with "headroom" as songtitle and "whittaker" as composer. Since the sound hardware of C64 had different revisions, each tune in the collection has three different MP3 files, which have been recorded through different revisions.
The game was released for both C64 and ZX Spectrum (and apparently for Amstrad CPC, as well). This video is from the C64 version, although both versions are quite close to each other in terms of gameplay, if I remember correctly (it's been some time since I gave the Spectrum version a try with emulator). Apparently the Spectrum version supports Currah MicroSpeech peripheral, although I don't know, how extensively it is used in the game.
It was actually quite common for many C64 games to have graphics which were similar to games for other computers. Often this was caused by game originating on another platform (such as Spectrum). For example, some C64 games from UK have graphics similar to Spectrum while various American C64 games have graphics similar to Apple II (which was popular platform in United States).

My favorite part of the game is when you have to try to get away from the girl with the flyswatter!

@DamoclesAlpha
Ah ok, thanks for the clarification. I thought the graphics looked more Spectrum than C64.

Best thing about the game was the music as i remember it. The game itself was not that exiting.
But thanks for posting the clip - memory lane is a fun place
