(Just a little correction: The first answer is translate 'No absolutely not' - but he says the opposite: 'Yes, absolutely!' ... or else the rest of the answer makes no sense...)

Alexander says "yes" in Norwegian, thats correct. But read the translation, and you will see that the question in English requires a "no". You cant always translate directly from Norwegian, because it will be bad english or even gramatically wrong. Alexander says that he dont mind changes, So instead of translate it directly to "do you like changes" I used "do you mind changes?" ( I checked this with someone who is english), so the answere had to be "NO" in the translation,
