@Arlo003...Actually for that era of computers, it may of been that easy to get into a government computer. Programmers really use back doors and back then the systems ran with low baud dial up modem 10 digit phone number access. Today's systems have different access and tons of closed loops. The government computers are not accessible like that any more. Our government's systems today are much safer from hackers and virus attack. Although, the banks today are still vulnerable.
