This video seems to suggest that at a certain point in a drunken stooper, one simply no longer gives a shit. Taking a nap on High Street in broad daylight suddenly sappears perfectly normal. Amusing, yet sad.
Hopefully the husband/partner who is coming to the woman's aid won't give up and will manage to clear her body from the side walk before the police have to step in. At this point the woman is more than an nuisance, she is a danger to herself and others.
