  • Ray is all about the coal; I was asking him about it earlier today & he doesn't like the oil smell (diesel or kerosene)... me, I always thought the coal was a bit more 'sooty.'

  • It's amazing how you can operate a steam locotive while using a video camera... Excellent stuff, love how you have to shovel the coal in... My little G scale live steamer burns Butane.. peh... I like coal better lol.

  • Well, another great video from the Papasmurf7595 collection. Yes, indeed work has been done to that railroad since this video. Thats a nice engine. I think this is a youtube first that someone explains how water gets inside a boiler...haha... good explaining to the more than noob (me) noobs out there to railroading.
