This is not just a random tire, this is a set of dual wheels that have some how come off a truck or semi trailer. if you pause the video just before the man is hit, you can see the brake drum sticking out the right side of the wheels; this also means that there is a hub assembly in side the brake drum. All in all, this set of wheels probably weighs close to 400 pounds; this guy is lucky to still be alive, if he is.
