The person responsible for recording this...mmm... wow...well, ...mn. Great performance...though it seems we'll never know how great. I wish the sound were better an the person with the camera...I mean honestly. Just set the damn thing on a tripod and keep it in one place; that would be better than the seasick effect we're getting from all the swinging around to see orchestra members who aren't doing anything during the soloist's cadenza. For crying out loud. Sheesh.

Wow ive never heard the 1st concerto by rach before, im gona have to buy it. I thought her cadenza was brilliant, you can clearly discern the melody out of the deep sonorous octaves.
