The main purpose was always to understand each other, not to influece. And from that point of view Quran as all other religious books completely fail. I've read the Quran, but honestly i can see no miracle in that, when I read it I had a feeling as if I were reading some communist propaganda - fairy tales and warnings of the eternal punishmet all over. Everyone says how it's perfect, but I can understnad why for example it speaks abou the propher Musa and others in almost every ayat.

thank you for posting this. but what i realized is that the sad thing is that not even pure arabic speakers are realizing the quran's potential or effect. the language is not the only barrier for people not to appreciate the quran. i dont know really what the problem is but i do know that we muslims must find out and cure it before it gets worse. may Allah bless br nouman for his great work and help him continue
