Reason - Even If they were to find (all Unknown Locations) the main servers, in which there are 54 of (as of last count), they have it set up in a way where if the main servers go down, an Unknown amount of backups would kick-in. So, Its pretty much a waste of time to try to shut it down. Sorry, But your wrong :)
