I remember I stole so many kills in this mission. I also started using a full two lances for the first time I believe. Hannibal, Gator, Bullseye, Mustang, Blaze, Beowulf, Scrapper and myself I believe.

I enjoyed doing this mission with a newly purchased Awesome mech loaded with 2 Clan ER PPCs and 2 ER PPCs. Got all 7 lancemates to focus fire on a single mech at a time while I sniped from the hilltop. Everything died in short order, the Black Knight included XD

No, I played with a keyboard too. Just mess around with controls until you configure them in a convenient way for you.

if you want to get some easy kills,climb the mountain where the first choppers came from. you will be near the game boundary on top of the mountain.there are some mechs and tanks that are stood down.other than 3 other choppers, the others are target practice. destroy at your leisure. then return to barlow gap for the fight.

Other than Solaris I enjoyed this mission the most. Either using a medium mech equipped with jump jets and ER Large Lasers and hopping up on the mesas and playing sniper or using a Black Knight with 2 Clan LBX20's and 2 ER Large Lasers and standing in the gap blowing mechs away at point blank range. Tho you gotta be mindful of the splash damage.

LOL at 4:10...that Argus that just didnt want to die...I hate that, you blow off every tiny sliver of armor off the thing and it still stands. I like this mission here, this and Griffon base are kinda kewl....MW4 is fun up until like New Exford? or when u start to fight the Jade Turkeys

You know you can tell your aim is starting to improve from when you first started. =D Hmmm.....maybe dump one ER Large laser and bulk up on a few more Heat sinks, maybe with a Med laser or two? You really get in close and mix it up good!!! But hey nothin like 100 Ton walking tanks blasting each other up close!!

Maybe) I just like the ability to pwn enemies from distance, though you can't use it freely in campaign.
