  • It just so happens that last night I was trying to solve the "spinning cube with only one pulse from the always sensor mystery", and this tutorial came to my rescue (glad I watched it all the way through).

  • I'm guessing... this does not work the same way in Ubuntu as in Windows, am I right? -.-" This works perfectly in Windows, but when I use the Ubuntu's Blender 2.52 version, this shows me no results! T-T

  • @Jem30191 It should work the same across platforms. It's a bug if it does not (alpha software, remember).

  • lol I didn't get the point of the always sensor till the last part, when rotating the cube, now I find it very useful. I always learn something new with your tutorials, Thanks! :D

  • @Jem30191 You're welcome :-) Since the Always sensor (by default) sends out 1 pulse, it is good for things that you only want to happen once (like initializing things at the beginning). You can also use it to for things happen every frame (or at a specified interval).
