I've given a white paper to the Government of Brunei for how to unite government and industry for improving the educational system to make it more comprehensive and more effective so that the industry is served to recruit applicants that are better able to fulfill the needs of the job. As it is now, there is a huge gap between the educational curricula and the real needs of the industry for able managers and empowered servant leaders. Only through a joint-effort this goal can be achieved.
