I did something similar, except my exgf was awake, she was tickling me when we were driving on the highway and I told her it wasn't safe as it could cause an accident, so, when she tickled me again, I looked at her while she was laughing, I looked foward (no traffic in front or behind me) and I yelled "OH $H!T" and I slammed on my brakes for a second, she turned white and wouldn't talk to me for an hour! I felt bad...but she learned her lesson! Lol...poor girl
