Brutal aint the word.This film is packed with such over the top, excessive violence it's amazing Warner Bros released it. Still very underrated, it is by far Seagal's most brutal and enjoyable outing. Reminds one of the immortal Stone Cold(also released in 91) which is also amazingly hardcore.
