@kickbuttkitteh3 Anime's been around just as long as other forms of animation. Each country does have really good and really terrible cartoons. But it's undeniable that each country does have animated masterpieces.

Things I like about this little episode: the voice acting, the music, the story, the animation and the characters. I'd say this is quite a good toon indeed!

Watching this episode of Kipper while babysitting toddlers..

Not only is it cute but it has a very good subtle lesson. Whether or not something's really happening is all a matter of perspective. And if you really feel that "nothing really ever happens" then make something happen!

when i was little i was a wild kid, but if i ran by and kipper was on, i was immediately hypnotized. my parents thought it was a miracle. im so glad to finally watch kipper again
