I'm only fifteen but I remeber my dad taking me from my bus stop, we sat in the living room and wtched the news the rest of the day I was horrified from what I saw. I then vowed that I would enlist and God willin give my life for this country. I still remember that day and I still remember why I'm enlisting.

We were to young to fully understand what was happening but that day me and my brothers got out our old american flag and hung it above our door. i was in the third grade and just about to go over our homework when an annoucement came on for the teachers to turn on the news. That is when we saw the second plane hit the towers. We were to young to fully understand what was happening but that day me and my brothers got out our old american flag and hung it above our door. To this day i will always remember the Towers, the Pentigon, and Flight 93 that crashed in Pennsylvania. so screw the 47 people that dont like this video.

I remember this day like it was yesterday. I was pretty young when it happened but I still remember seeing that second plane crash on the news. It is a tragedy that this country will never forget. It brings tears to my eyes thinking of the little boys and girls that lost there parents that day. Im just glad that I live in a country that can stand up and fight back. Along with the people that risked there lives to save others. These are some of the reasons why I am proud to be an "American"

As this day comes to a close we all have to ask ourselves these questions- why were we waiting for, and almost anticipating the 10 year anniversary? Like it was going to make any difference in what happened. The real question isn't what were we doing that day, it's what are we doing now? That we were lucky enough to survive is a gift so have we given that gift back? At least once? Have you done at least 1 thing in the past 10 years to show that America's spirit survived that day?

I've always felt the United States' response to the devastating events of September 11th should have been peaceful and reflective of our humanity. Unfortunately, it wasn't. I created a video and posted it on my channel to honor those who lost their lives that morning and in the wars that followed. Peace is possible, but it has to start somewhere.

9-11-1995 is my birthday, on 9-11-2001 i was in first grade watching tv in our morning class and the news channel came on every channel and we saw the plane hit the building; and i cried knowing my uncle was on the top floor of tower two. that scared me for the rest of my life, this is my all time favorite song because my uncles name is is jackson<3 rest in peace uncle jackson i love and miss you cant belive its been 10 years sad to know you wont see me turn 16 today:/

Benning, GA at a shooting range when the drill sergents sat us on the bleachers and took off ther hats and we all had a moment silence and told us "men..get ready cause we're going to war" and instead of doing army stuff we all sat on a little room packed with 100 solddiers watchin CNN all of us were in silence an disbeleif.
. ill never forget makes me cry everytime i think bout it especially when i hear this song.
