I was too young to go to bars to see much of this band.....saw them but once in the early 90's at Euclid Tavern in Cleveland Ohio. To this day, still one of the most energetic "wow" shows I have ever seen!

God, do I miss these guys. They would play our Baltimore/D.C. area clubs 6-8 times a year throughout the '70s, '80s, '90s--rumor was that some or all lived in Silver Spring for awhile. I remember seeing Big Al arriving solo driving his big old caddy, pulling the pink paisley tele out of the trunk, and then leaving the same way. I also well remember observing the band's famous reputation for being overfond of alcohol...didn't matter, we were too! Terry, Joey, Al, Tommy please, please reunite!
I've met and partied with these guys. Wish they could put differences aside and give the Q people what they want- A Reunion Tour!!! The Calvin and Iron Horse venues are not the same until the Q walks through the front door. Hope it will happen.
Long Live the music of NRBQ! Where can I get the MTV video? Does anyone know who the bus driver was? It couldn't be John John? Al's comments are kind of prophetic, huh?
@pretorious700 I agree. I lost interest in them after that. You can see it in this clip. "I've had it. I quit. Get yourself another picker." Sad but true. I think "Big Al's" weight finally caught up with him. He did not look good last time I saw him. He can still play and sing, though.
The ghost of the Q and Tom rocks the field of Sunderland and the Rusty Nail on route 47 to eternity !

Terry is right. That is the best juicer ever made. They still make them to this day. Juices more than carrots too.

2:06 ... my god. I think this is one of the few videos that "Epic" is actually an appropriate adjective. I'm so glad I found out about this band.
