I really really love steinway A's, Most of the time I think they sound better than the Steinway B's, but not better then the most Steinway D's. And It doesn't have the concert-grand action, but I'm talking about sound.

This is a magnificant sounding Steinway. Someone at your shop should be very proud of their work.
They don't all sound this good just because they're Steinway.
