Speaking as an ex heroin addict, I really frown apon CoS's methods of getting people off drugs. I have tried going cold turkey while recieving various things like acupuncture and massages (bad speller) and none of it helps. Im assuming you can't be on methadone or subutex while at narcanon. If a treatment centre kicked me out and shoved £50 in my hand I would have gone and scored a bag of gear straight away.

The safe haven project could be effective if a location for a safe house could be found near the CO$ complex in Clearwater.

A house with a fenced in yard (that makes life complicated for the CO$ rent-a-cops, and PI's) within walking distance of the CO$ and highly visable to the public as a posted and declared safe house. That could be a real pain in the can for the CO$.

Operation "Safe Haven" would be a 7/24 place in Clearwater (for starters) that would be the first stop in the underground railroad out of the Sea Org. It is my hope to locate and recruit a retired Florida cop to keep the Sea Org rent-a-cops off our backs and to be creditable when dealing with the Clearwater LOE.

The mission would be to provide safe haven, shelter and assistance home for escapees from the Sea Org. I think we can do it at a relative low cost and be effective.

Great story! It is a good thing that Bunker allowed you to use his Paypal account. If you had to open a new one Paypal would have placed a hold on all money coming in and would not have released it for at least 21 days..they do it to every new account now. Glad to hear it all worked out. :)
