  • O that hurts gooood!

  • Nice Vid ~ cannonsville69

  • a good way to tilt the pelvis is to flex the glute as well

  • Hi, Im 20, i have a slipped disc l5-s1 and every morning I have some lumbagos, really painfull. I tested this stretch without believing in it too much, and, my god, its the more efficient thing that i found in two years !

In 10 seconds, the pain disappears entirely.

    Really, thank you.

  • wow - this really works! Hurt my back two days ago and was "locking up" when I'd go from sitting or laying down to standing. After I did this, I could still feel some tightness and discomfort but, could easily get up and down. Thank you!

  • @mjqkuku2abs Awesome! You're welcome....

  • holy mother.... this particular stretch has eliminated more of my pain than any of the treatments i have partaken in with chiro or my dr i have been dealing with my sciatica for a frikkin year thank you so much

  • @screwnhdoc you're very welcome, glad to help....

  • helped me alot...but can u tell how to get rid from slipped disk problem....

  • hey, is there a cure for backpain because i always have pain after runing

  • @nov11300 same here, there can be many causes mate

    1. bad spine curvature (for example if you work with computers for a living), your spine won't support your back properly for long periods of time.

    2. running on concrete is bad for the knees and sends shocks through the whole body, try running on earth/grass instead.

overall jogging is very good for posture and core, listen to your body and know when to stop to avoid injury, good luck and hope you get to the bottom of it.

  • this was useful, thank you very much.

  • hey, i really dont have back pain/problem"only 16" but i was wondering can often doing this strech possibaly strengthen that mucle, helping prevent me from having this problem?

  • @unknownfallenangell yes, stretching before you develop a problem is the key. It is a very important stretch. Thanks!

  • God bless you. Your video has helped me a great deal. Thus, my lower back was always hurting after the war. Again, thank you.

  • @mikev4155 GREAT! We are so glad to help. Continue to do the stretches to make sure the pain stays away...

  • The stretch was a little difficult/uncomfortable to execute at first. I did it slowly and in small increments. It took about 10 minutes but i got so much relief from this movement. i'm impressed. Thank you

  • Hmm, this seems to be my problem, thanks for this helpful info!!!

  • This is working well for my ATP. Thanks!

  • that sounded so gay

  • @ledzeppelinnnnnn you sounded so gay

  • That's really bad for your knee. A better stretch: take a deep lunge where one knee is bent in a 90 degree angle over the ankle and place the opposite knee on the ground, keeping your hips over your pelvis. Sink or slide the knee to deepen the stretch. It's all the psoas muscles.

  • I am a martial arts teacher and train very hard. My lower back has been sore for six weeks. I have done some yoga stretches and they ease the pain but it keeps returning in the morning. I have just tried your stretch and it has eased this mornings pain.i was wondering about the front knee going beyond the toes so far. This is a sin in Tai Chi Chuan but that is of course when one is in a standing position. Is this stretch safe for the knees?

  • @TheZhongzheng It is safe for the knees but if someone has knee pain they can put their foot on a chair or bench to achieve the same stretch without putting too much stress on the knee. Hope that helps....

  • @kcannone Thank you for your help Sir

  • Hi. Can I still go running. I'm used to running 3-5 miles a day. Also is it o.k to use the elliptical machine? I really need help and have no money for a doctor. Before I was laid off my doctor said I have a herniated disk. I'm depressed and desperate for exercise and help.

  • @AustinStotelmyre Hello, sorry to hear you are in pain. it's really hard for us to help without knowing your diagnosis. The best advice I could give you is to go to our site and learn as much as you can. I really hope it helps, keep a positive outlook...

  • That ..actually helped.. pretty instantly. Thank you.. my back hurts all the time and I was just attributing it to being tall.

  • @stagecrewjenni That's great! Being tall certainly presents challenges in terms of muscles and flexibility but the underlying principles are still the same:)

  • I have a pulled muscle in my back & my doctory said to take a week or 2 weeks off. I am taking 600mg of ibuprofen everyday and icing/heating it 1-2 times a day. My doctor said that when i am fully recovered, to do ab/core exercises to strengthen the stomach. (100 situps)

I am wondering why do you have to strengthen the core so it can prevent injury on the back? (I am totally on board with this i just want to know why)

  • @trtennis17 strengthening your core will help you maintain better posture and keep you body in alignment. Hope you feel better soon, keep us posted!

  • thats pretty cool, thanks...

  • How do you know if the lower back pain is a muscle problem or a spine problem?

  • @soldierkiller29

as a rule Muscle pain is more intense when you move or contract your muscles and spine or nerve issue will have pain all of the time.

That said, most conditions are going to be a combination of both muscle and nerve, in most part do to inflammation...

to learn more please google "muscle balance therapy" and read our article

  • m using the combination of ice and heat , i use 2 mint of hot pad and then immediately 2 mints of ice . am i doin something wrong in this? or should i use the heat therapy only ? plz suggest me with the right therapy. are your products available in india? i perform exercises in gym like - bench press, free squat , barbell curl . triceps downs, shoulder press , hyperextension for lower back . is it ok to perform these exercises in GYM and if not plz suggest me the right thing. Plz help me.

  • @punjabtabla

I suggest that you go to our site lose the back pain dot comm and read our articles and watch our videos, more specific I suggest that you read the article on Muscle Balance Therapy on the treatments tab on the site... and that will be the best thing you could do to help your self...

  • i have had slipped disc l4 l5 in february 2009 , after following ur program m getting relief from back pain. but i would like to ask u something , m from india and in india we mostly use wheat in our meals, i have already cutted out milk and other junk foods from my diet ,but ur programs says no to wheat stuff .u suggested taking ginger and tumeric for inflammation ,but how should i take them ?

  • The best way to get Ginger and Tumeric is to eat it in your foods but if that is not enough we suggest Supplementing with Heal n Sooth you can find the product on our site.

  • Great to hear so many of you are finding relief with this stretch... but keep in mind that to keep the pain away you'll want to identify and address your muscle imbalances.

  • THANK YOU!

  • it worked! thank you.

  • @Terdmissle9 Awesome!

  • hes right about the ass muscles and the pain being felt in the back cause my weight belt that i wear to work tends to be less distracting or uncomfortable for that matter wrapped around the butt area than on my hips or waist as i guess it would be thought as to be worn more in those places big ups to this video for pointing that out
