i noticed if you wont to be better at math you have to be a in room by yourselfs thats really really quit. but opposite with things like social studies and science, play music quietly in the backround for that, thats so off that why i have been better at subjects like that at school because i have noisy sisters.
despite how simple the advice was, it's probably often over looked since it seem so menial. Thank you so much for finally giving me the wake up call I need to build my habits around my goals and future successes. I did realize I had habits that were interfering with my goals, but now I have the complete motivation to replace them with the ones I have been trying to start implementing.
I cannot thank you enough, you can find my post about my stress at fashioncontagious.blogspot.com thank you!
To answer your first question, I take part in group activities which I think helps build a strong self esteem, I get a good night sleep so I can think clearly the next day, I eat a good breakfast so my brain can be at its best , and I eat healthy foods to keep my body at its best.
To answer your second question, I am very disorganised and tend to forget things, and I don't have many internal motivators and am not a good self starter.
Goals are the first step to business success. Jim Rohn believes that "If you go to work on your goals, your goals will go to work on you. If you go to work on your plan, your plan will go to work on you. Whatever good things we build end up building us."
I tell you I've had so much going on in my life lately withen habits and stress but just listning to you for this short period of time has mad me think of the real importance and thats education because my grades have been slipping. Thankyou
This is pretty commonsense. I have this bad habit, which is keeping my face in a bowl full of pills; obviously, my life isn't as successful as I thought. 32 days seems pretty arbitrary. And, what if my goals are all jazzed up?
Thank you for this

I cannot thank you enough for simplifying a lot of useful information I missed out on, due to carelessness. So... thanks for the help.

Jazzed up or not you will get what your habbits attract.

So, in essence, the success or failure of ones goals are habitual...
What if it is ones goal to break all habits?
jameshamel 4 years ago
You can break all habits, but they must be repleaced with others. No such thing as habbit-less.

Thanks a lot for this video, it actually helped me to realise why it was for me that hard to get on with important things.
