@stardustkay I usually put one cup of flour, one tblespn yeast, two tablespn sugar and 1 cup luke warm water, make sure its self raising. set it in the hot watercupboard for bout an hour. then knead in two or three more cups of flour after it's proofed, then just shape it and cook it (i dont put salt in it, but sugar helps the yeast to culture during proving)

@stardustkay normally u dont put yeast in. its about a 2 pinches of salt and sugar ech. depends how much bread ur making.. just for a little flavour.
