@jeffbrown8, Islam is just as legitimate as any of the others. I disagree completely. I think it would empower the kids to overcome the indoctrination from their own families by exposing them to contrasting ideas and encouraging them to think for themselves. Especially if its stressed that they are free to adopt even a religion their parents find intolerable, and be protected by the courts if need be. I think there should be a web site where kids can get injunctive relief merely by asking.

Sorry. That's it :( I wish I'd thought of recording him at/during the signing but didn't. However I did just find that my local news (KARE11) did a piece on it featuring him signing my book and smiling up at me (all you see is my arm, however). But I'm thrilled!
