Another time my dogg woke my up in the night by growling to sometime in my room. It was in the middle of the night and I was SP`ed again I couldn`t look for why my dogg was growling because of the SP. Butt animals sence things to and when my doog is not with me when I sleep I`m really really scared.

I finally stopted resistance to the powers and fell back to sleep.
i got a trick and now it never happen to me again. dont fitgh with the sleep cuz ur soul is gonna wake up and ur body wiil still sleep you see the dark shadow i alway see it my astral projection it an entitie u can just see it with ur soul trust me or not

Sleep Paralysis has made me go almost insane and I offend have insomnia because I'm afraid to go to bed. I'm 21 and I still sleep with a night light or a teddy bear. It's no laughing matter. It's seriously one of the worst possible diseases, if it even is a disease.
Out if all the sp shorts ive seen this one clearly takes the win for describing it best, a very scary thing to have, mines is a bit similar except there arent ANY lights on, so you cant make what you are "seeing" out. a very accurate vid tho.

(con't) pulled me out of sleep. I played the tape back and there was no noise. To this day I still am reserved to say the sound was a hallucination or if it were real. It's hard to say when the possibility of hallucinations are so real.
Once when I was younger, about the age of 16 (I'm 29 now) I had a sleep paralysis experience. It was the first time with my eyes open. Never do I want that again. I dreamt that there was a presence behind me. I became frightened and felt it approaching me from behind. I can't explain the feeling I had, but eventually there was a large release in my emotions and my radio which was playing a casette tape of music let out a loud blare of noise. This noise I heard or hallucinated....
seriously, sleep paralysis is so freaking it happens so much to me.. TOO much.. im going to see a doctor or someting.. I saw somehthing like this once, but it was a dream in my paralysis.. I guess

In sleep paralysis, if you can keep from panicking and close your eyes, your mind will automatically go back to its original R.E.M. then you will lose the feeling of paralysis, therefore the fear goes away.
Holy shit....... I get this and I Hate it, I usually pray.. But it looks much more real then that animated thing they made.

You are lucky you can come out of it by trying to move. I have to be as still as possible and then the paralysis will gradually go away.
