Marques was being puled by another car to a safety area but then he decided to use the motion he got from that to start the car again(wich by the way its ilegal) and keep racing, the problem was that he let go of the rope so he could go back to the track but it got stuck in the rear wheel and broke the fornt wing, rear and front left suspension. He tried to be "Smart" (by doing something ilegal) by end up loking like a Dumb Ass.

But your statement makes sense cuz that was part of CART's problem. It wasn't that the courses in the US/Canada are bad..the problem is that they run too many of the terrible courses out there. A fatal flaw the IRL is continuing to do.

Instead of running beautiful, high speed, Euro-style tracks like Road America they run little shit courses in streets like Toronto and Detroit.

F1 has even abandoned some of it's legendary courses for new venues that pretty much suck.

Detroit is no longer on the schedule. Infineon should be replaced too though. Its not a bad track but its a bad track with the cars - they just have to much horse power for it and the tracks straight aways are so shor the cars barely hit 150mph.

I have done race car recoveries plenty.  This was driver error. The car being towed should always stay in line with the tow truck. Turning to the side often will change the direction of the pull and can pull the car over on its side. The steward was telling him not to jump start the car, and to follow the path of the wrecker. He was a dumb ass.

That statement actually underlines the problem that was Champ Car on SpikeTV. They did such a horrible job promoting it that nobody knew it was there - even many fans. If you promote the hell out of it and give it serious attention, even the most obscure TV channels can be a good place for a series. That's why I'm cautiously optimistic about the IRL move to Versus - they're clearly dedicated to showing the races, now they just need to do the promotion.

he doesn't suck, he just suffers because arm chair critics always put him down. he didnt do so good for minardi in 2001 because the team had few resources and they put the bulk of the reseources that they did have into Alonso as they could see his potential (he raced for a minardi backed f3000 team in 2000). Tarso came into f1 too young in 1996 or 1997, had he came in later he could have been more useful.
