i don't understand how you can say "less linear than past tomb raiders". the most recent tomb raiders in my opinion have been the most linear ones. look at the originals.they were all about non-linear. in the more current tomb raiders it more or less points you in the right direction.i'm not saying this one isnt non-linear at all because i used to own the game and some parts definitely werent linear but it does point you in the direction you have to go most of the time.the old tomb raiders didnt

I agree with this review 100%. I find the game quite rewarding but have found the game super frustrating at times with the stupid camera angles. And what was with the amount of screen clipping when riding the bike in the jungle. I found what should have been a fun part of the game, very hard to play through with that damn bike.

The treasure system in this game is truly annoying. They scattered things randomly and the total number of treasures are so high U can't keep tab of them all ,making it hard to track the ones U have missed.In Anniversary, treasures only range from 1-6 and getting them is fun and challenging work.Eg, U need to solve a puzzle or follow a specific route to get to the artifact/relic. Their design are also eye-catching and gives U great satisfaction when achieving a relic.

Still there's the fact that it was only the first and second Uncharted and Lara Croft has been around for much longer and has had many more games than Uncharted. It's really only beginning to get big. By the number of people who bought the second one it would seem it's starting to get popular. But yeah Lara Croft is Awesome and I do prefer her. Uncharted is good also, but not my type of game. Uncharted definitely has great characters though.
