I was lucky enough to see Miss Dana Manchester for the first time in the Spring of 1986, at Club 21 in Hallandale. This was to be the first of several times enjoying her exceptional performance. I knew from the first time I saw her that I was going to be "ok". I had just come out and was with friends... She had an exceptional stage presence and such charisma! What a wonderful smile and SO professional.. I was purely transformed...

Dana was the first queen i came to know back in the early 80s

in a club in Miami Florida 13 bottoms...memories are made of this.

@DaDaddySF You worked at 13 Buttons? I have some great memories of that bar. I'd drive down to Lauderdale/Miami from Daytona about once a month and loved that bar! Copa, too!

I have wonderful memories of seeing Dana at Uncle Charlie's Miami and at the Copa. She was fabulous! RIP Dana thx so much 4 uploading this clip. Brought back some great bitter sweet memories. william/miami
