Second month parkouring/Free running. Working on a side flip, A butterfly twist, and might tomorrow work on a raiz. I had no idea what to do with SO MUCH free time. This falls out of the sky. This has helped me SO much with my ADHD. less dark days. this is AWESOME.

Ok, I know alot of stuff about free running and im pretty good at the running part of it, but i wana learn to do flips and huge jumps like those in 3:45-4:37. Any suggestions on where to look for training or something, or just stuff to do to get better.

Flips i'd suggest going to a gym for, but massiv e jumps, why?

Fair enough most of this is tricking, 3Run embrace Parkour, Freerunning and Tricking but if it's parkour you want to learn then perhaps you should read up on it more, the idea is to get from 1 place to another as efficiently as possible, and a massive jump isn't always the best bet.

Just go out and train :/
