I am completely engraved in my inner consciousness, beyond my mind and body, but I still dont know how this means we are eternal. Why cant what I am as consciousness just be consciousness? Why does that mean we are eternal and connected to everything else? Maybe we are all just living in our purest state. Thats about the only thing Im not 100% on. I know I shouldnt be using my mind or whatever, and I am aware of all of this, but its still a statement that deserves some critique.

@Nunzi1001 Consciousness without duality cannot know anything as there can be no vantage point from which to know. You are eternal because you exist. By definition, there is no such thing as something which does not exist. Forms arise and fall away. All is play. You do not have consciousness, you are an expression of consciousness. Words, words words. All is transient, all is play. All is equal and everything is filled to the brim. Pointing to the screen which you are not. Knowing, I am a fool.

@s6y9l I agree with that you're saying, but this still doesnt answer my question how anybody can act like they know what happens when they die, because that would be just another belief. Is it safe to say that? I am 100% behind what Mooji and other non duality/advaita teachers say besides the after death thing. Nobody knows for sure so lets just leave it at that is my opinion. Abide as the Self and just see what happens.

I dont understand the sleep part, because when we r asleep, although we are not in the, what we say "awake" state, we are producing all what we see, feel, taste etc in the mind, which is a living organism that is still alive and being in the "real" world in our bed. if none of that was functioning how then would we be in a dream state? we cant be unconscious asleep, because i have dreams where i know i am dreaming? am i not then conscious? peace

I understand Mooji, Papaji's and Ramana's teachings--and i practiced it and I know myself. and I'm overjoyed at knowing my real being. but I quit doing those practices and returned to my identity-my ego! And I am happy both with my real being and with my identity. And i love being my identity! Should there be any reason why I don't be my identity?

@TinSoldierPhoenix , there is no "reason", however the very fact you're saying you love being your identity shows you're still clinging to it, and might have been "using" those teachings to make you feel good, maybe it was your ego using the teachings and not your heart absorbing them.

Once someone dying said he was bad to everybody and he was very much afraid to end up in hell, but what to say ? Can the soul change in its travell to death or after, or a next life ?

What struck me most is that people who believe in life after death are always very worried of death, never understood that.
