  • "City of Lost Children"? Great movie, but I don;t know that I'd call it horror...

  • goin down to dunwich gonna have myself a time................

  • is it bad i saw all but like 2 of theses?

  • Ooh! I know alot of critics have flamed this film to death, but I <3 Event Horizon! One of my favorite all time films! I can't find it in stores though! T_T

As Neil Simon said, "Hell is but a word." :0

  • Dog soldiers!

  • i really like those Phibes posters

  • this is great, now I have a new selection of horror flicks to check out. sad only a few were lovecraftian tho

  • seen 15 from start to end, seen about 50 of the other movies but never got around to watching them. and nearly sqee'd to death when i saw nightbreed on there! one of my fave movies. love the special effects which is why movies from that time will always be my favorite

  • Damn you. You just gave me about 25 movies I need to see...bastard.

  • Yes, thou art obsessed... You're like me with collecting art, performance related. You don't possibly have time to watch them all, more than once or twice...at the very least, I hope you are making out with your girlfriend while watching them...(tee)...great collection. Thanks for the vid...

  • where was Martyrs, High Tension, From Beyond, Society, The Thing, City of the Living Dead, Fright Night, The Shining, Pieces, Mothers Day, A Nightmare on Elm Street, People Under the Stairs, Motel Hell, Critters, etc...

  • @pattierney2010 Most of them, in the other three-quarters of my collection. One day I may get around to posting up the next batch. Probably not, though, because it has grown dramatically over the last few weeks (sale on at our local dvd stores) and now covers most of my lounge.

  • @Lemming013 What's the lines from at the beginning of the video? Did someone make a "Dunwich" movie? :?

  • @NodDisciple1 The Dunwhich Horror was released in 1970 starring Dean Stockwell and Sandra Dee.

    Its awesome.

Feed it and watch it grow.

  • @cotographer Is it on youtube? :?

  • I have seen most of the Movies and i have them on Dvd too

  • Thickets are gods. I want to grow them in my attic.

  • @iGame3D Yeah, I wish I could go to Innsmouth and join the Deep Ones, but they'd probably try to kill me before I could offer my services. :'(

  • ive seen 8 but i hardly consider city of lost children to be a horror movie. hardly recognized it with its original french name.

  • True, it is debatable, but I personally find the concept of the monstrous doctor trying to rob children of their dreams far more horrific than the usual horror fare.

  • @Lemming013 where was Martyrs, High Tension, From Beyond, Society, The Thing, City of the Living Dead, Fright Night, The Shining, Pieces, Mothers Day, A Nightmare on Elm Street, People Under the Stairs, Motel Hell, Critters, etc.

  • @sluggy4000 Likewise nochnoi dozor/dnevnoy dozor those are more action+supernatural than horror.. good movies though.

  • So many great movies. By the way what band is this gotta buy there album.

  • Darkest of the Hillside Thickets; their albums are available from various outlets, including Arkham Bazaar, and they're on MySpace.

  • this song is fucking insane!

  • Ah, I've only seen 28. I want to see 'The Stuff', though...looks interestingly bizarre.

  • Yeah, it is - a cheesy 80s cult classic!

  • @binarynightmare If you're still looking for THE STUFF, it's playlisted on my channel.

  • Ah, thanks man! I'll be looking at that right away!

  • I've seen some of these... which are the best? also, Darkest of The Hillside Thickets fuckin rock...

  • I highly recommend Dagon, Malefique, Dog Soldiers, Shadow of the Vampire, Dead Meat and Tale of the Mummy for starters - all low budget, but top value flicks for entertainment. And I agree - Thickets do indeed rock.

  • Dog Soldiers was one of my favorite movies, and the Darkest of the Hillside Thickets is one of my favorite bands. =P

  • Dagon was a BAD ASS movie. Oddly it definately stuck to shadow over innsmouth well, plus it threw some hammer horror feel in.

  • I love this song.

  • Me too. Try Unstoppable, that's another of my vids with a song by Darkest of the Hillside Thickets; and Yog-Sothoth, too.

  • Great collection there mate. Many I need too.
