you need a ghostspeak amulet and 2 ecto tokens to get into the town if you have not done ghosts ahoy. kill the people that are attacking you on board before you search. and you need 50 smith and 42 agil for this quest. look at the requirements for it. and no,it is not hard. hope that anwsers all questions :)
