The pool death was one of THE MOST terrifying scenes I've ever seen, right next to the clothesline strangulation of FD1. Just the fact that it's slow, agonizing and not quick makes it more painful to watch.

I've always had a fear of drowning and there were times I was held underwater and thought I would die...this scene brings back some of those memories, lol.

i watched this show with my dad last weekend...he said it was possible to get your entrails sucked out through your ass by a pool pump like that dude did (he said the circumstances were highly unlikely but possible)...i believed him cuz he's an ER doc but he might have justs been teasing me....i don't know...Great show though! I loved the beginning credit scene that incorporated some of the other movies death scenes! and that escalator death scene was epic!

i take it this director has never been on youtube... there's hundreds of videos of idiots going through car washes, getting hit by brushes and all, and most of them complained that the pressure of the water hurt more then the brushes.

and onto the pool, aren't the filter drains at the bottom of pools, gravity fed? meaning little to no mechanical pumping at all, to keep people from getting stuck? pluss they're usually equipped with vortex filters that are either marine glued, or bolted down.
