Do you have any idea how many independent film makers there are in NYC with a shoestring budget of less than $10,000? There's a a great possibility to make money by way of the indie producers, but it's not fast, cheap, easy, and massive, so little mike here doesn't go for it. He's just a HORRIBLE mayor.
