Taking any firearms by force breaks the constitution in more places than one. For one, the national guard was used AGAINST THE PEOPLE (which is illegal), they invaded homes without warrant, they seized property without warrant, they committed police torture (beatings), and finally, they broke the second by seizing firearms.

You would be surprised at what police get away with. In June 09 cops went into my home without warrant, without permission, conducted a search for firearms, and TOOK the 3 I had. No receipt or anything.

Then when I try to get them back some detective LIES about why I can't have them. You stated some law that does not apply to me at all. According to him I can't have that stuff. That's funny because a couple months after all this I got a new AR15 and a USP.

Why does the police have a right to take away "Excessive" firearms? They are yours, legally. Just because they are firearms does not give the right for police to seize them. If people were taking away anything else other than guns, it would be all over the news. To disarm anyone, especially during a time when you need them the most because there were criminals abound and no police to help, is disgusting.

Some people are better trained than National Guardsmen. Besides, they rarely operate in units that large. It was mostly fire-team/squad operations, not platoon operations.

A 3-4 man team of defenders can take on and crush an attack by 10 attackers. Urban warfare favors a smaller force of light-infantry style defenders, against a more numerous and heavily armed/armored force of attackers.

As a owner Of a "evil AK-47" with my 30rd clips, I do not see it as to much fire power, that is my only gun and I would be damned to hand that over, I spent four year in the USMC and I see that it is fit for someone to own a rifle such as a AK-47, or CAR-15. when you have looting, and crime running around the police can not save you, and then you will be wishing you had the 30rd clip semi-auto Ak-47 that you know will work.
