Dude..thank you so much...from one player to another...I've always loved this song. You have mastered this one. This was a great tutorial. Thanks again..
It took youtube to make me realize the beatles were greater then the stones...and I've been a stones fan since 1968. Thanks--another great song learned. sounds good!
When you demonstrate the fingering on the Am6 you reversed the strings. It should be 1st finger on 2nd fret 4th string and third finger on 4th fret 5th string. Or you can play the progression as kram12321 says. Both sound good.
I've looked online but can't see the Am6 chord in the position you say to play. Everyone else says to play the Em7 as 022030 and the Am6 as 022020.
What are your thoughts?
Also I doubt John played bar chord for the G. Why do you choose to play a bar G after the F? Actually, probably didn't bar F as well, but that's hard to do for me.
Two COOL THANKS YOU RULE.

i don't understand the rhythm part. is he basically just doing down strums? and not strumming up?

Man you need to slow down a bit and show the strumming pattern slowly .. but it's a nice lesson anyway ... and yeah it THE BEATLES' song not John's
