@madkatt79 the reason that they take so long is to make sure that all the balls are frozen. using a 9 ball rack doesnt work for shit and the only way to get a nice tight rack is by using a sardo tight rack or doing the same thing as the video...all good players rack like this so that they can have the balls frozen

@madkatt79 I've never seen a 9 ball rack used in professional play. It's easier to rack using a normal triangle. The reason it took so long was because the balls kept moving after he took the rack off. Either the table wasn't new. Tables that have been broken on a lot have indentations in the rack area and that's why it's hard to get good racks on some tables. Or the rack wasn't straight. Problem with ALL racks. The edges have to be angled perfectly and the sides have to be straight.
