I think you have great arms and indeed your boxing must help them a lot.  I box also and it is hard to keep my arms up past the third round and all. Any suggestions? I spar with this other girl who is quite good and she gets through my guard with the jabs. What's the best way to prevent this. I love this video. I think you look great Amy.
