the reverb isnt that strong, when reverb is really strong it sounds really muddy and muffles the vocals. he does have a fair amount of delay on it though, but that wouldnt improve his vocals as that just repeats the words. ofc, there is reverb there but not a lot. and emo? lol

I'm Sorry but after my experience of seeing them live ! i can truely say mat has an amazing voice live and he does perform and sing live ! He has a strong voice but very melo but this suits the music that they do !

I do not understand when people say he isnt the "strongest" live singer ! he maybe not the "strongest" But he surley is AMAZING !!

And gives a heck of a live performance putting everything in to it !!

Even wikipedia has more sence then you do go read up on emo and look at it's beginnings. It's a loose label that some bands fit and some are labeled that because of familair lyrical style and guitar riffs aswell as vulnerable vocal tone. The original real form existed long ago now it's more of a label that drifts away from music and goes more towards a culture of youths and corporate influence. Emo is a style more so then musical genre with the exception os screamo which has really developed.
