Robinson Mall will soon be in Calasiao. The city officials of Dagupan has been blocking the entry of big mall developers to protect their own (e.g. CSI). Robinson Mall will take out a lot business from Dagupan.
if big malls come in to Dagupan all small businesses will suffer. establishements along AB Fernandez may close down eventually. Big malls brings negative effect in the long run. And only the tambays will benefit from the malls' cool airconditioning.
But anyway Dagupan used to be a nice city, order and cleanliness used to be two of Dagupan's qualities. If we reelect the present officials of the city, we can expect the same crap for the next three years. Good luck to all of us.
Dagupan city now ranks among the worst cities in the p.i., dark streets, substandard street lights, futile waste management disposal programs, topsy turvy zoning, worst yet ever, flooded with corrupt city officials, from the mayor, vice mayor down to the mediocre councilors en banc....the worst is yet to come, everything is going down to the dogs...take my word for it..
it will forever be a fairytale for that thing to materialize... not until we start dropping off votes from these public servants who thrive to own their own set of malls in the city... bet my life out of it, till belen fernandez and her chiwariwaps are in power, we may never have the chance to see progress specifically big malls coming in... malls nga tinatanong mo, there are even far alot more disturbing, dagupan used to be a kickass provincial city...
