i think i'm rushing through this mission way too much, If you go through killing the red targets [cops] methodically then you should be fine. you can jump on top of the couch in the coke room, jump onto the wire thingy in the room opposite or you can go into the room with the swat with thr automatics. i think i panicked too much first time lol

It's relatively easy once you hop on the couch from the room in back and climb out the window. Once the SWAT is shooting at you, take a few of them out closest and you buy yourself more time in that attempt

NO, boat appears at the island dock on the door side of the hospital, that's where the ladder is to the second floor, and part of the chain fence is broken for you to escape via the water. Speed away to the amusement park once you're in the boat

Two problems, the Turbo Speed mod for the PC game I guess? The darkness level is poor and as such, not a very good guide. I climbed the ladder in the back and cleared everyone from the back two rooms, never barge right in when stealth works!

The boat only shows up when you escape, it will show up if it POPS in due to the graphic engine, but I've always seen it... However, getting Niko to climb down a ladder is unrefined to say the least!

...then i just watched the video, tried the GOD DAMNED BOAT(!!!) and had it in fuckin 4 minutes!

Respect man! I've played the PS3 Version! But I'm like the worst driver there is (in GTA4)! and once I crashed into something, the police was all around me! (and I crashed alot) after a few car changes, they always shot me but as I said... I watched the vid, tried the Boat and it was Fucking Piece of Cake!!! I can only recommend the Boat, for everybody who's stuck on this mission! but I think beating it with the car is much more of a challenge! GTA4 rules PEACE!

Cool! It was my first attempt and I figured the subways out as the best plan of action, but it was a lot of hectic running and tapping! I got only one FIB Buffalo so far, those are just as tricky to get away in!!

I've done countless car chases, so I know that getting to environments that aid and abet your escape is clear, with the heli's overhead, get buildings to provide cover!

I ram 'em and keep going. I can't get the game to work on my PS3, it got progressively worse and stayed that way. Other games work, it's horseshite to be quite honest, I have a reman console and if I send to Sony, they charge me $150????

Mine was "refurbished" and it seems the more it was in a dusty room, the more selective it got with the disc, it played as good as my Xbox360 when I first bought it. Thanks to the recession, I sold both systems but kept my Xbox game collection so far

drug people are easy to take out, but once the cops come, unless there is some other way to get out of the hospital, i believe it's one of the hardest missions i gta 4 :)

For PS3 users to get in and start the boat would be Triangle. If you have an Xbox try the alternative button. But you have to have jumped onto the boat first. To cover for PS3 users press R1 near a wall. For Xbox uses the alternative button.

start the mission with a helicopter parked outside the hospital, when the police comes run for the heli, fly to the paynspray near the first lan opened, enter in a car fast and enter in the paynspray.. it works for me...

lol this is so easy :D you dont stop for the cops, you might kill some of the 1st enemies but then you just run to the nearest car and drive away, did this 1st time I tried.

I've tried this mission so many times, first time I forgot to bring body armour but i got to the bit where you jump into the river and get a speed boat but i was on low health so i jumped down and died I was so close, pissed.

if you walk behind the hospital there is a ladder you can climb up and your right by the drugs so you only have to kill like 4 drugdealers and then you get the drugs and go back out on that ladder you have to know how to jump though from one platform to the other, the funny thing is the drugdealers you didnt kill shoot the cops that come in the building and you get away without a scratch!
