There is an english patch. Issue is you have to sign up on a Chinese website. Granted I have seen guides to help you navigate. Secondly you have to sign up for a service that lets you buy time by the hour. (Like 5 dollars for 60 hours) They don't do monthly fees in that market.
u have to update it with english. Also it s acctually not a beta but every time they open a new bunch of servers the first 15 days are for free
