Dissidia Final Fantasy - Squall vs Gabranth [Replay Edit]

I love Squall and he's pretty much the only character I can play, but his moves don't exactly make for the most dynamic fights. You basically beat fang over and over until you want to land an HP attack.

I hope the next dissidia game has all the heroes and villains of the FF series (if they so happen to make one), it would be great to see yuffie, yuna, cid, and the others fighting it out

yeah the creators said that if they will make a sequel which they have shown interest in they are gonna make it with other characters then just main protoganist and agnotists (screwed up both words bad) like yuffie yuna cid and even maybe Kingdom Hearts characters which would be awesome to RESPECT DA POWA OF DA KEYBLADE!!

I wouldn't say everysingle character, but atleast one or two other characters to play from for each game. Like being able to play with Auron and Seymour or Yuna and Shuyin. That would be great if we had a slightly bigger selection.

I strongly disagree, that would be a jarring flaw. I just don't know why it wasn't Vaan and Gabranth opposing one another to keep up with the whole opposition motif.

As for XI, it should have brought Shantotto and... the highest level humanoid boss? I dunno, I skipped XI.

Great job with the camera angling. A lot better than when I do it. Nice fight. Though, a more variety of attacks from Squall would've made the fight better as well.

they should have made him a little more like Jecht with the add on combos. and stuff. Cus he's a little too limited & so is Ultimecia, For Yevon's sake she's a sorceress. Although I'll Admit 8 was broken. none the less the villians in this game R kind of borken themselves. can't wait X3

Well Squall's pretty good already with combos. I do think that the need to differentiate all the sword and magic user's battle styles more effectively. Its hard to compare them when they are almost the same. The call Ultim is "Magic Shooter, but all she can really do is move while attacking from a fair distance. So is she a ranged magic fighter? I thought Kuja took that role? yeah, see what i mean? But still, I cant wait for the american release (august 25 -_-)!

Dude you have to understand it is a PSP game so I think it would be hard to make their fighting styles very complex or at least very different from each other. It could be done on a console game, but I think it will be better IF SQUARE MAKES ANOTHER DISSIDIA.
