I agree to a part, The truck driver should have been aware of the surroundings. I drive a truck myself and I too have gotten lost at times, you cant always trust the directions your company gives you. Thus this is the reason the trucking company has insurance.

when th e locomotive hit and dragged the trailer the trailer got wedged on the bilboard and the locomotive derailed.
