@NetSerpent1984 Well, I totally prefer the blade of the nl5. This was a personal choice and as I wanted to get the Oden, nl2, which I have now, it was the best choice. I love the nl5 and strongly recommend it. It's specially the length that made me chose the smaller one even if the difference is not that huge. Someday, I'll spare for the whole collection!
Hi Mat, from Colorado. Just discovered your vids yesterday and terrific job. I dig the excellent resolution & your editing, outstanding work! I am also impressed with your english, it's exceptional...although the word for the ''eyelet'' is ''washer'' or ''spacer'' but most commonly called a washer. My question, is there any Euro items that are exceptional that we Americans don't know about. LIke in the way that Americans know about GB axes. Any other great gear like that over there? Cheers
@mostcanwait It's a really hard question. most of the market is looking towards US markets to sell worldwide. I'm sure we have things you don't know, and usually I present those things I discover. Douk-douk from france are not widely known, FELCO folding saw is way less known in the bushcrafter comunity than Bahco Laplander, but well known in the professionnal environment, it makes it difficult. I'll try to provide you with informations as soon as I come across something! CH-eers
Beautiful knife, and a awesome sheath. I would like it more, if it was a little darker. The round thing is called a washer in english. Great review....
love the sheath matt! i might get one for my idun.. gotta hate those standard idun sheaths! i do wish the crickett sheath would come in a darker brown color.. oh well
@ PinewoodCH what made you chose the NL5 over the NL4? i can't decide which one i should get.
