Jes, thats the Nature of water. Every vibration created by my Knocker ends in a splash, because the water is not laminar in this part but gives cool light flashes. *BIGSMILE*
Really wonderful! I'm attempting to build my first laminar jet right now, and would love to someday be able to have a setup like yours! Any recommendations for the LED?
@1410conny . Hello to Mexico, sorry, selling is no option. Try to find a local Dealer in Mexico, you can buy Nozzles out there by several companys. But you need 4000 - 6000 USD for the complete System with Cutter, Light, Electronics, Pumps, Water care and so on in your Pocket. :-((
@1410conny Buy a Fiberstars large laminar, includes LED (6 color mode), water filters (to get rid of the water turbulence), enclosure, 150 cable feet (12 volts)....
I think it's spectacular. amazing...!!! great...!!! good job, well done... really well done.. I wanna do something like that at home... could you please share you knowledge with me. I live in Colombia, South América. Thanks so far in advance
Hi this is the best lighting and stream i have seen, could you share some more of your design with me? maybe send me a pm. i would like to see what you found for a brass nozzle. there is so much lighting to look at for sale, i do not want to buy the wrong stuff.
thanks for taking the time to read this. great job. that would look great on a pond in front of your house at night.
What did you use for the nozzle on the jet? I can't find a good brass/copper nozzle anywhere. Also, what illuminator do you use for your fiber optics. You jet and light are perfect, can you tell me how you did it?? Mine is not coming along very well.
HEY, That's great!! im interested in making one, really, have some skills. I'm Brazilian, i was wondering what are the costs of making one, can you answer me on private msg? how long took you to make one? the LED is a great idea. You said you designed a control unit, is it difficoult? where you got the skills for it? internet? must be a eletric engeneer to build on or a civil engeneer will do? i ll wait and congratulations!!
Great work on the laminar nozzle and nice explaination in your video also. I have not been able to get the light levels even close to what you have. I'm using a 200w halogen projector lamp through a color wheel. Iove the LED idea. What are using for fiber or lenses? Also I use a flat top it looks like you have a hemispherical top, Is that in contact with the water or just a cover over a flat top? Keep up the good work and please post new progress.
This is really cool. Though i wished you would have shown or told us more about the nozzle setup.

Hello. How do you place the LEDs in the nozzle? Do you actually use the fiber optic cable in there?

I am trying to get started with lighting my laminar jet. What can you tell us about the LED's used and the drivers used to control them?
What are the specs needed to produce the glow that you achieved. Thanks in advance....
