Awesome vid! My grandmother used this recipe as a snack when I was little, but she died a few years ago and I couldn't remember how to make it. Thanks so much for finding it and posting this! I've missed my grandmother's cooking.

recipe for carrots...1 large snowball / 1 small snowball..position small on top off large and stick carrot in middle off small (help snowman with breathing!) with 2 lumps of coal..your done..injoy!

I can't stand these pretentious, over-complicated recipes. I mean, why on earth would you put the peanut butter in a bowl or on a plate, when it was in a perfectly good cup in the first place? We're not all Marco Pierre White, you know...

If you don't try out that recipe, why not find one to make carrot cake? They are über delicious!

My favorite carrot recipe....

Wash, peel, and slice carrots

Lightly coat in olive oil

Bake for like 20 minutes at 350

Toast a handful of pine nuts, chop a handful of parsley, and mix them into the baked carrots and enjoy!
